Tool Check Blacklist at Whoer.net by me.

Hello everbody, 
Its people share the blacklist check tool through Whoer.net then, PHP. 
Functionality: 
Auto + ip (under 3 formats below) and check the blacklist. 
+ When the check is complete 2 output will not blacklist and blacklist list. 

User manual: 
+ Tool will automatically get ip under 3 format. 

Type 1: 192.168.1.2 (themselves cast 1 ip How to list)
Type 2: 192.168.1.2:1080 (Proxy / Socks)
Type 3: 192.168.1.2 | user | pass | .... (SSH)

+ Note that the Blacklist according ip check, but no check what fresh live offline. 

Conditions of host / vps / dedi to spend: 
+ Allow_url_open => Enable (Basically everywhere open). 
Conditions localhost to spend: 
+ If xampp, vertrigo: short_open_tag => On, error_reporting => according to the default value. 
+ If appserv: Set the 02/05/10.
